Voluntary Return and Cancellation Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Penguin Powderwear. That's why we offer you a voluntary 14-day cancellation and return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.
Conditions
A return is possible if:
- the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- all original tags are still attached
- the item is returned in its original packaging
How to Cancel Your Order
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number, to:

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for your order.
If shipping costs were charged separately, they are non-refundable.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are excluded from the voluntary right of withdrawal, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Services that have already been provided
