WASH & REPROOF.
To keep your 3L hardshell performing for longer, it should be washed and reproofed regularly. With our professional wash & reproof service, we take care of it for you: send us your outfit, we clean and reproof it, and send it back to you. Current turnaround time: approx. 3 weeks.
BOOK SERVICE
WASH REGULARLY.
Regular washing helps maintain performance and extends the lifespan of your outdoor apparel. You’ll find the appropriate care instructions on each product page. For shell products, regular reproofing is also important. In the video, Tristan shows you what to look out for.

REPAIR INSTEAD OF REPLACE.
Many things can be repaired. Our repair workshop gets your jacket or pants ready for more powder days. Simply send us a photo of the product along with the year and place of purchase.

A SECOND LIFE.
When your Penguin product has served its original purpose, it doesn’t have to be the end. Return it to us. Depending on its condition, we’ll find it a new owner or send it for recycling – step by step towards a circular economy.
