Wash- & Waterproofing- Service
Your 3L hardshell products should be washed regularly and re-proofed from time to time. If re-proofing yourself feels too time-consuming or complicated, we offer a professional wash & re-proofing service. Simply send us your jacket and we’ll return it to you freshly washed and newly re-proofed. This service is also available for shell products from other brands.
After your order confirmation, we’ll send you a shipping bag including prepaid postage, so you can send your product directly to us.
This service is currently available in Germany and Switzerland only. We cannot guarantee that all stains can be removed.
Repair Patches Dermizax (DIY)
With our repair patches in classic Penguin colours, you can fix small damages yourself in no time – no sending in, no long waiting times. Simply cut to size, remove the protective film, fix with baking paper and an iron (140 °C) – done! Perfect for a quick fix when a small cut suddenly appears just before your next winter adventure.
