Whether you're out on a ski tour, splitboard adventure, or snowshoe hike, knowing how to respond in an emergency can make all the difference. In this workshop, Alex from Chixx on Board will cover the essential first aid skills and emergency procedures relevant to alpine environments.
The focus is on practical learning and real-life scenarios, giving you the confidence to act calmly and effectively when it matters most. In a supportive women-only setting, you'll gain valuable knowledge, practice key techniques, and learn how to make informed decisions in challenging situations.
This workshop is open to all women who enjoy spending time in the mountains and want to increase their safety and preparedness in the outdoors.
