 cus is on practical learning and real-life scenarios\, giving you the conf
 idence to act calmly and effectively when it matters most. In a supportive
  women-only setting\, you'll gain valuable knowledge\, practice key techni
 ques\, and learn how to make informed decisions in challenging situations.
  This workshop is open to all women who enjoy spending time in the mountai
 ns and want to increase their safety and preparedness in the outdoors. ​
